MD, PhD in Allergology & Clinical Immunology
Irena is a specialist in immunology and an Assistant Professor of Immunology. Her doctoral research focused on autophagy-related mechanisms in multiple sclerosis, while her broader scientific work includes genetic susceptibility markers in inflammatory disease and immune mechanisms involved in peripheral neuropathies. Since 2024, she has been pursuing further subspecialty training in allergology and clinical immunology. She is the author and co-author of several scientific publications and is actively involved in advanced immunological diagnostics.
